Terms
Last updated 2026-09-09.
This is a plain-English summary written by the people who built AllPets. It's not legal advice, and it hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer. If any of this matters to your business, have your own lawyer take a look.
What AllPets is
AllPets is software that a pet-care business uses to run its own bookings, records and invoices. Each business signs up, gets its own address (like inglewoof.allpets.club), and runs its day-to-day work through it. We host it and keep it running; the business runs its business.
AllPets is not a dog walker, boarder or pet sitter. We don't employ or supervise anyone who cares for a pet, and we take no part in the arrangement a business makes with its own clients. When you book with a business that uses AllPets, your agreement is with that business, not with us.
The business sets its own terms
A business on AllPets sets its own prices, its own cancellation and late-pickup policies, and its own client agreement. AllPets gives every new business an editable starting draft for that agreement — and nothing more. The wording a business publishes and asks its clients to sign is that business's responsibility, and it's on the business to have it reviewed before relying on it.
A business is also responsible for its own licensing, insurance, taxes and local rules, and for the care it actually provides to the animals in its charge. AllPets doesn't check any of that, and using AllPets isn't a stand-in for it.
Disputes are between the business and its client
AllPets isn't liable for what a business does or fails to do — how it cares for an animal, what it charges, how it handles a cancellation, or anything else about the service it provides. If a business and its client disagree about any of that, it's a matter between them, not us.
What AllPets is responsible for
We keep the software running, keep a business's data theirs, and let a business export everything it has put in and close its account whenever it wants. That's the deal we're on the hook for.
Signing up
You need a real name and email, and a card on file for the free trial. The trial is 7 days; after that we charge the plan you picked ($7.99/month or $79/year) until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings → Plan & billing — you keep access through the period you already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Your data is yours
Everything a business puts into AllPets — its clients, their pets, its bookings and invoices — belongs to that business, not to us. Settings → Export everything gets a zip of all of it, any time, no waiting on us. If a business leaves, it's not locked out of its own records.
Deleting a business
Settings → Delete business removes a business from AllPets. We hold it for 30 days in case that was a mistake — reply to the confirmation email within that window and we'll restore it. After 30 days it's permanently deleted, except invoices and payments, which we keep in anonymised form as tax records.
What you can't do
Don't use AllPets to store anything you don't have the right to store, don't try to break into another business's data, and don't resell access to the platform. We can suspend an account that does either.
If something breaks
We do our best to keep AllPets up and a business's data safe, but we can't promise it'll never go down or that we'll never make a mistake. Beyond that — and beyond what's already said above about a business's own care and policies — we're not liable for lost bookings, lost income, or anything else beyond what a business has paid us in the past 12 months. Keep your own backups of anything you can't afford to lose — Export everything makes that easy.
